Neurosis - “Through Silver In Blood.”
After True Widow / Honduran / Gone to Croatan yesterday at Tube, I had phở with my lady and caught YOB, Grails, and Neurosis at the Roseland Theater. For those of you not from Portland, the Roseland is definitely the most annoying venue in the city (it’s the only venue that has metal detectors at the door, to give you an idea). Despite the annoyance, Neurosis was amazing - they finished off with this song. During it, someone jumped off the 2nd-level balcony to the crowd more than 10 feet below, with no warning. Amazingly enough, they were OK.
